How do I ensure my suit or tuxedo fits correctly?
We use a proprietary fit algorithm that calculates your measurements based on your height, weight, and fit preferences. You can also visit one of our showrooms for a professional fitting.
When will my order arrive?
We guarantee that your order will arrive at least 10 days before your event date, giving you plenty of time to try everything on and request any necessary replacements.
What is your return policy for rentals?
Returns must be postmarked within 3 days after your event date. Simply use the prepaid return label and the original box provided with your order.
Can I purchase the suit instead of renting it?
Yes, many of our styles are available for purchase. You can select the 'Buy' option on the product page to own your garments permanently.
What happens if my garments don't fit when they arrive?
If something isn't quite right, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship out a complimentary replacement in a different size immediately.
Do you offer group styling for weddings?
Absolutely. Our 'Events' tool allows you to manage your entire wedding party, assign specific looks to groomsmen, and track their fitting and payment status.
