We want you to look and feel your best in your formalwear, which is why we offer free exchanges and easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your return shipping is fully covered by us.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the garment bags and accessories are included, then fix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
